I notice that the Fund 80 establishment is slated for both discussion and as an Action Item. This would be to bring it forward to the Annual Meeting to be established, I imagine. I don't know what the motion will be, but I'll ask my sources to let me know what transpires.

I think it would be very irresponsible of them to even consider doing this. If they have money for this, it must be growing on tree's. Considering it will raise taxes from what I was told.
The school should not have to clean up the city's mess.
If the school were to do this I would fully expect the school to take over running it, including choosing whom is on it's board. Which may in the end be the same people, but the city should have no say in how it is run.
When you ask someone else to pay your bills, you should lose the authority.
Sorry it took so long to post your comment. I was on vacation. Thanks for taking the time to read about this proposal. I couldn't go to the meeting because of our vacation, but I'll try to find out the upshot of the meeting.
