Melissa would you please take a look at this article and tell me what you think it means for Evanville. I went YIKES as if some schools are already having a hard time with WKCE and this grades harder??

I saw this coming in 2008 when I went to my first WASB convention.
If you go to my blog archive of May, 2010 and click on the post title, you will be taken to a link on Dick Woulfe's blog with excerpts from a book I self-published with his help and encouragement several years ago.The second post down at that link talks about how the WKCE arrived at what is meant by Proficient, Advanced, etc. It is exactly as the columnist you sent the link for has said. Thank you so much for sending me this link.
